- Refund and Cancellation Policy. AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ensures customer satisfaction across all phases of delivery and relies on this policy to make the process more convenient. AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED holds the right to make changes to this subscription agreement from time to time. Charges and payment terms may be changed in accordance with the applicable price schedule. All other provisions may be changed immediately upon notice. Continued use of the services and products following any change constitutes acceptance of the change. AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED may suspend or discontinue providing services and product upgrades without notice and may pursue any remedy legally available if a client fails to comply with their obligations. If AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED cancels the project, payment will be refunded within 7 days..
- Our Refund Policy. AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED continues to put forth best efforts and work efficiently and enthusiastically to obtain customer satisfaction. The company aims to deliver top-notch products as per client requirements and follows a professional refund policy. If the client denies the project before the project starts, the company payment will be refunded within 10 days. AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED site contains demos for its wide range of products. Clients may review those demos to understand the working process and quality of the products. For bookings or queries related to coding standards and pricing details, live support may be available from 10 AM IST to 7 PM IST on weekdays, excluding local holidays declared by the Indian government. When you place an order, it denotes that you agree to the terms and conditions policy and refund policy. Once the client agrees to begin the project and pays the deposit to commence work, it is considered final acceptance by the client. Thereafter, no refund requests or claims will be entertained. AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED takes each client requirement with the final product in mind, as customer satisfaction is the top priority. The product will be delivered as per the commitment made, although delivery timing may vary depending on client needs, unavoidable local holidays, emergency cases, or other practical delays. AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED provides the opportunity for the client to evaluate the product using online demos before commencing the project. It is the client’s sole responsibility to review functionalities, add-ons, support packages, and updated packages prior to accepting the project. Once accepted and development or installation begins, AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED does not guarantee a refund. Delivery of the product and customization work will be based on the commitment agreed during the sale. Accordingly, AIRTANK DIGITAL tech is not liable to accept refund claims once the final product has been delivered. Digital products delivered as committed are expected to work exactly as explained in the demo. However, some disruptions may occur after deployment on customer-provided servers or hosting due to client-side environment issues such as browser, network connection, hosting architecture, or other external factors. Such difficulties can typically be resolved during the support period, and refund requests based on these quickly solvable incidents will not be considered. The return of payment must be confirmed through email or phone communication with the concerned department. AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED will confirm the return of payment only if everything is in accordance with its Terms and Conditions. AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED always strives to satisfy clients through a focused and professional approach.
- Non-Refundable Casest. Used subscription periods or partially consumed billing cycles.

2:Suspension or termination caused by policy violations or misuse.
3:Change of mind after platform access has been activated.
- Cancellation. Customers may request cancellation of future renewals in accordance with their plan terms. Cancellation generally stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period unless otherwise approved in writing.
- Review Timeline. Approved refund requests are typically reviewed within a reasonable operational timeframe after receipt of full account, billing, and transaction details. Processing timelines may vary depending on payment method and banking channels.
- Chargeback Misuse. Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. Improper or abusive chargeback activity may lead to account restriction, suspension, or refusal of future service.

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED under the AirSaaS brand.
- General Work Terms and Client Responsibilities & Liabilities. All site content including text and multimedia will be the sole responsibility of the client to provide to AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED prior to commencing the work. The client is solely responsible for taking proper backup of all content on their site prior to allowing AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED to undertake any required work. Any loss or damage to existing data shall not be the responsibility of AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED under any circumstances. The contract does not hold AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED responsible for data entry, web hosting or custom artwork and graphics related tasks unless specifically mentioned, paid for, and agreed to by both parties. Any artwork, images, or text supplied and or designed by AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED on behalf of the client will remain the property of AIRTANK DIGITAL AIRTANK DIGITAL AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED and or its suppliers unless otherwise agreed. While AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED will do its best to achieve deliveries within estimated time, there may be situations requiring extension or adjustment due to deployment issues, dependencies, third-party support, development bottlenecks, resource unavailability, emergencies, communication delays, or similar circumstances.AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED will provide the client an opportunity to review the delivery project once completed. AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED shall wait for a period of 7 days for feedback. If the client does not reply within this period, the material will be deemed automatically accepted and approved by the client. The client retains copyright to data, files and graphic logos provided and grants AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED the rights to publish and use such material. The client must obtain permission and rights to use any information or files copyrighted by a third party and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED from claims resulting from failure to obtain such permissions. AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED will not accept responsibility for alterations caused by the client or a third party to the client’s website or mobile applications after deployment. Such alterations include additions, modifications, or deletions. On the client server-side, the product will be installed successfully and then delivered. Once delivered, AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED will not take responsibility for data loss, server crash, or related problems caused technically or manually by the client or any third party. AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED may obtain essential credentials from the client for installation. Once installation is complete and delivery is made, those credentials should be changed by the client. The delivered product will be the same as shown in the demo. Additional changes in user interface or functionality will be considered modifications.
- Payments. AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED accepts payments by cheque, cash, or bank transfers, although it reserves the right to decline any form of payment without notice. The client may need to submit a transaction receipt and swift code for bank transfers. AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED also reserves the right to withdraw any payment method at any time and vary its prices without prior notice. After payment completion, it may take approximately 24 to 48 hours, excluding holidays, to commence further process on the placed order. If the customer cancels the service prior to completion of the project, a cancellation fee may be charged equal to the amount of work completed at the point of cancellation. Non-payment of this cancellation fee and or overdue amount may result in legal action if necessary.
- Re-work, Enhancements/Add-ons and Billing. Any additional features not envisaged in the scope of work will be handled through a change management process and billed additionally. Scope increases after wireframe sign-off will be billed as additional work, and timelines and costs may increase accordingly. Minor tweaks are often completed without issue, but if abuse of re-work requests is observed, AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED may bill additionally based on time efforts involved at business rates ranging from US $15 to $20 per hour. Some changes are classified as enhancements or add-ons and become chargeable. The client will be informed before such work begins. Any re-work, change, or tweak request by the client after approval or further to a subsequent stage shall be treated as add-on work and additionally billed. The client must pay fees charged without deductions, discounts, or debt settlement by the agreed due dates.
- Approvals and Delivery. AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED will use best efforts to deliver products within the agreed timeframe, though timing may be revised due to technical reasons or inevitable conditions. The client is responsible for reviewing the product upon delivery and providing feedback within 7 days. If no response is received, the project shall be deemed accepted. AIRTANK DIGITAL shall be liable only for bug fixes correlated with committed functionalities in the statement of work. App submission will commence as mutually discussed after client acceptance. Delivery of source code will be wholly based on the sales commitment and no responsibility will be accepted for modifications not indicated in the contract.
- Support and 3rd-Party. Free support may be offered based on sales commitments. After the committed support period, charges may apply according to the appropriate service package. The scope of support includes bug fixing and email support but excludes issues related to site architecture, rule changes, and add-ons or enhancements. Any third-party support, products, services, licenses, payments or copyright obligations for integrated services are the sole responsibility of the client or may be procured by AIRTANK DIGITAL tech on behalf of the client on pre-payment. Fees charged by AIRTANK DIGITAL are exclusive of out-of-pocket expenses and third-party claims. No guarantees or warranties are provided by AIRTANK DIGITAL for the accuracy or performance of third-party products or services. Upgrades in third-party services are not part of scope unless separately agreed.
- Limitations of Liability. AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED will use reasonable skill and care in providing the service. However, no representation is made and all warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, quality, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, performance or fitness are excluded. AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED excludes itself, its employees and agents from liability for loss or damage caused by inaccuracies, omissions, delays, or errors, whether due to negligence or otherwise, in the production of the website, and from liability for loss or damage to client-supplied artwork, photos, data or content. Except in the event of death or personal injury caused by negligent acts or omissions, AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for damages arising in contract, tort or otherwise in connection with this agreement or operation of the service. In no event will AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED be liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, damage to property, or claims made by third parties. AIRTANK DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED cannot make guarantees of service on behalf of third-party organizations and will not be held liable for failures in third-party services.
- Jurisdiction. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Indian law. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of, under, or in connection with these Terms and Conditions. Placing an order confirms acceptance of these conditions.
- Severability. In the event that one or more provisions of this agreement or order are held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unimpaired and the agreement shall not be void for this reason alone. Any invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a mutually acceptable valid, legal and enforceable provision that comes closest to the intention of the original provision.
- Suspension and Termination. We may suspend or terminate service access where necessary for security, non-payment, legal compliance, abuse prevention, policy breaches, or operational risk management.
- Governing Principles. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and standard commercial principles relevant to software and digital service transactions in the operating jurisdiction.
